1. Definition This notification which defines the policies for exclusive, non
exclusive and agency associate clients of the talent management
services of Carlson International Entertainment Communications
group, LLC, 1133 Broadway, Suite 708, New York, NY 10010 which
went into effect March 1. 2009.
1.1 This notification is sent via e-mail to every client without
personalization, bias or prejudice and is not directed to any one
party or group of persons or by area.
1.2 The date of this terms of service revision is is 9.23.2011.
It is the client's responsibility to read it thoroughly and carefully,
fully understand it; it is also your responsibility to respond that
you do or do not accept this policy terms of service as defined.

2. Talent Management Selectivity. No legitimate management
service or agency will accept every or most applicantsn for an advaced
fee or not. Carlson International selects and approves clients soley
upon talent, physical and personality/attitude evaluations by at least
five trade professionals and all decisions are final. Selection is without
regard to social status, creed or nationality. We do not represent
talent under the age of 16.
2.1 For talent aged 16 to 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact
Carlson International for initial application and be present for all
interviews and auditions for the full duration. If the talent is selected
as client, exclusively or non-exclusively, parent/guardian must act as
signatory on all legal documents and be present for all casting calls,
go-sees, interviews, auditions, photo shoots, screen tests, rehearsals,
production, post production and any situation requiring presence of
the minor client This is federal law and regulation required of all
parties concerned including parents and legal guardians.
2.2 All payments for services, royalties and residuals will be made to
the parent or legal guardian for a a client age 16 to 18.
2.3. Effective January 2, 2012, all personal management client
contracts will be exclusive only with no exceptions. Promotionalbb
materials provided and paid for by Carlson International, including,
but not limited to photos, portfolios, headshots, compcards,
website postings cannot under any circumstances be used for
any purpose by any other party, including the client.
2.4. Any criminal activity, by the client, proven and convicted
in a Court Of Law, including, but not limited to, misdemeanors
or felonies that have been convicted in a court of law, such as selling
or using illegal drugs, theft, assault, possession or use of firearms
without a license, child abuse, rape, or homicide.constitutes behavioral
breach of contract and personal management contract shall
immediately become null and void upon judgement of guilty in any
Court Of Law.
3. Personal Management Direction. Carlson International assumes
clients come to or are referred to it's talent services because of it's
forty plus years of professional experience and expertise.
3.1. Based on it's evaluation of a client and opinions from professional
associates, Carlson International shall design a promotion press/pr
packages, including a professionally, exclusively designed multiple
sector video enabled website deemed most effective for the client..
A client may accept or reject the promotion. In rejecting the promotion,
the clients makes her/his contract with Carlson International null and
void and all representation and services end at that point, including
forwarding of general casting notices from trade publication sources
and paralegal counsel.

hereby identified as "Carlson International," "we," "our," "us."
1. Selection of represented artists ("talent") is on a qualifying basis
of talent quality and potential, commercial appeal, personality,
physical and creative commodities,
dedication and diligence, without regard to ethnicity.
2. Co-operation and amiable acceptance of direction, critique
and recommendation is anticipated by the service provider.
Clients have the right to question methodology and format of
promotion.
3. For persons under the age of 18, Carlson International's
policies, in keeping with federal and civil laws, that our
services can be provided only with the expressed permission,
supervision and control of an adult parent or legal guardian.
Further, all directional services involving aural, visual, and/or
textual ("live internet chat & instant messaging") communications
must be through the parent/legal guardian who is present at all
times. A parent/legal guardian must personally accompany and
remain with a minor during all auditions, casting calls, interviews,
meetings, photographic sessions, film/video productions
("shootings"), live appearances and performances.
4. The facilities provided under Carlson International's
Personal Management Services are as follows: talent development,
promotional image development, coaching for interviews, casting
calls and go-sees via web video chat (WinLive or Skype),
promotion, promotional campaigns, publicity, public relations,
promotional websites, casting submission send-outs (digital,
internet, hard copy), press send-outs (digital, internet, hard copy).
These services are covered by the 22% commission fee (see
paragraph 6) which are the only fees ever charged to the client.
5. An exclusive promotional use release is required for promotional and
press/publicity use of casting photos ("headshots"
and "composites/compcards"), modeling photos,,
video and film demonstrations and performances ("reels"),
and other audio/visual depictions of the artist ("talent") used
by Carlson International in any aforestated directional and/or
promotional service, including digital, print, and internet
Client must have the right (own the images and video
productions wholly) to grant such promotional release,
which differs from a commercial release.
6. Our fee is a flat commission of 17% of salaries, monies,
royalties and residuals earned by the client through our efforts,
promotions, publicity, p.r. and internet (website) response. There
is no other fees. Online video coaching, consultations, promotional
websites, publicity sendouts, casting referrals, etc. have no
fees or charges attached.
7. Carlson International Management/Direction representation
may include, but is not essentially limited to, or obligated in all cases to, providing,
counseling, direction legal guidance and protection, a
fully functional, personalized, unique, custom xtml, html, script. css, rss
meta coded designed
ten page website exclusive (nor stock template) design with text, graphics and video
streaming, photo retouching and enhancement, video enhancement
and editing, electronic delivery of promotional and public
relations content (e-mail press kit). Upon evaluation,
commercial quality professional photography,
videography, may be, but are not obligated to be
provided.
8. Termination of service is executable by either party by a written
instrument of notice, every two calendar years
per terms of the written contract.
